5. Maryanne calling to put me on hold for next week

7. Hearing back from some agents and some agents clients
8. saying “hi” to Stacy @ Broadcasters
9. Doing an hour of Sati prep
10. wiping Olive down from being in the rain
11. throwing snowballs
12. A CHECK from the VW job I did over the summer
